Red Pasto prawns

Red pasto prawns – The blend of cheese and shrimp with the touch of white vinegar bring out the freshness of this recipe and makes it more delicious.


1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

½ tbsp. Olive oil

1 pcs of ice cube

1 pinch salt

1 tbsp. pine nut

¼ pinch red food color

20 grams basil leaves

¼ tsp. White vinegar

2 kali of garlic

2 pcs onion ring

½ tbsp. chopped parsley

3 pcs large shrimp, peeled and deveined



Clean and wash the prawns with vinegar salt water keep a side

Wash the basil leaves and roast pine nut then in mixer machine put all ingredients make a nice paste in a nonstick pan put olive oil then add paste cook for 4.30 minutes in slow fire then add prawns cook for 6 minutes serve hot with onion ring and chopped parsley leave.
