Smoked Salmon Shrimp canapés

Smoked Salmon Shrimp canapes – Combined with creamy cheese and tasty shrimps: this dish is a perfect appetizer.

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup cream cheese, at room temperature
  2. 1 tsp. chopped fresh dill
  3. 1 tsp. horseradish
  4. Salt, white pepper and lemon juice to taste
  5. 12 pumpernickel cocktail rounds
  6. 6 slices smoked salmon
  7. 50 grams salad shrimp
  8. Dill sprigs for garnish

Method

 

Combine the cream cheese, dill, horseradish, salt, white pepper and lemon juice in a bowl. Spread mixture on one side of the pumpernickel rounds. Arrange a half slice of smoked salmon on each round. Top with shrimp. Garnish with a dill sprig and serve.
