Poached Eggs

Poached Egg – This recipe is surely a treat to start the day, a simple healthy and delicious dish.

Ingredients

  • 1Egg
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of Black Pepper powder
  • 1 pcs of toast of bread loaf
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ tsp vinegar

Preparation

Boil the water with vinegar and pinch of salt in a pan bring it to a light simmer over a medium heat.

Now Crack one of the eggs into a cup and gently pour it in the water, cook for 1.5 – 2 minutes or till the egg looks ready, remove the egg carefully to a kitchen paper to dry off the excess water, now place the Egg on a  buttered toast, sprinkle table salt and black pepper as desired. Garnish as required.
