Honey Balsamic Prawns – Prawns full of delicious flavors and is easy to make.
5 Medium Prawns shelled and Deveined
Olive oil- 1 Tb Spoon
Soy Sauce- ½ Tb Spoon
Honey- 1 Tb Spoon
Balsamic Vinegar- 1.5 Tb Spoon
Minced Garlic- 1 Tea spoon
White Pepper- 1 Tea Spoon
Place the prawns in a large resealable plastic bag. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, balsamic vinegar, garlic and white pepper. Pour half of the mixture into the bag with the prawns and set the remaining half aside. Seal the bag then shake it lightly so that the prawns are thoroughly coated. Refrigerate the shrimps for 1 hour.
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill the Prawns and cook throughout 3 minutes. While the shrimps cook, transfer the remaining half of the honey-garlic mixture to a small saucepan set over medium-high heat. Bring the mixture to a boil, then put the Grilled prawns reduce it to a simmer and cook it for 4 minutes.
Now Slide each Prawn on Lemon Grass Sticks as Skewers, Garnish with Lemon or as desired, serve Hot.
