Quinoa fried prawns – Blended with sour and spicy flavors, this dish is perfect for a light dinner.
Prawns- 9 pcs Deveined & Cleaned
Quinoa seeds- 50 gm
Fresh Lemon juice- 3 Table spoons
Mustard Paste- 1 Table Spoon
Garlic Paste- 1 Table spoon
Olive Oil- 2 Table Spoons
Skewer Sticks- 3
Oil- 200 ml
Eggs- 1 pc
Salt to taste
Parsley for Garnish
First Take the Deveined and cleaned Prawns in a Bowl, add Fresh lemon Juice, Mustard Paste, Garlic Paste, Olive Oil, Salt and keep the marinated prawns in chiller for at least 6 hours, Now remove the marinated Prawns from the chiller and keep in Room Temperature for 30 mins.
Heat the Non-Stick Pan on the medium Heat, Put the Oil in the Pan, Now apply the egg white on the Marinated prawns and dip it in the Quinoa seeds.
Fry the prawns in slow fire until cooked, Once Ready use the Skewers stick as shown in the Picture and Garnish with parsley, Serve Hot.
