Grilled Fish with Primavera sauce

Grilled Fish with Primavera Sauce – A great recipe for special occasions, this recipe surely brings out the tasty flavor of the grilled fish



  • 1 Tablespoon margarine or butter
  • 200 gms fish fillet
  • ½ Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic slice
  • ½ pinch pepper
  • ¼ Teaspoon garlic minced
  • 30 gms carrots
  • ¼ teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon sliced celery
  • 1 pinch dried basil leaves
  • 1 Tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 50 gms Red bell pepper
  • 4 sprigs of parsley leaves for garnish
  • 1 Tablespoons olive oil



Heat oven to 450°F. In oven, melt 2 tablespoons of the margarine or butter on the baking dish. Place the fish in the melted margarine/butter; Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Bake at 450°F for 5 minutes. Remove from oven.

Heat a cooking nonstick pan and add ½ spoon olive oil then add garlic celery tossed wait until well golden color attained then add carrots, red bell pepper and mix it for at least 2 minutes on slow heat. After that remove it from heat and let it cool, make a paste by adding ½ spoon olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper then mix it well and keep in center of the plate along with the fish, garnish with parsley leaves, serve hot.
