Brochetas de Cordero Con Pure de Coliflor – If you are looking for a quick tasty lamb recipe, combined with delicious tasty sauce then this recipe is the appropriate one.

Ingredients

  • 300g Lamb boneless
  • 100g Leeks
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 Garlic pods
  • ½ table spoon Honey
  • 1 ½ pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Demi-glace sauce
  • 1 bunch Mint leaves
  • 3 tablespoon cauliflower puree

Others:

  • 2 pcs wooden stick

Preparation

Cut lamb to cubes and chop leeks to small pieces. Stick the lamb cubes and make a dressing with the olive oil, garlic, honey, salt and pepper then mix the dressing with lamb steak and leeks. Keep in chiller for 3 hours then cook on griller in medium slow heat for about 18 to 22 minutes or until color becomes golden and well cooked. Serve it hot, with cauliflower puree and Demi-glace sauce garnish.
