Herb Crusted Lamb Chops

Herb Crusted Lamb Chops – The tender juicy lamb combined with crispy breadcrumbs and tasty spices, makes this dish amazingly delicious.



  • 1 table spoon olive oil
  • 2 lamb chops
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 ½ table spoon fresh parsley crumbs
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place large pan over medium heat. Drizzle with olive oil until pan is well coated.
  3. Add chops to the pan and lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sear, or cook until well-browned, for about 2-3 minutes on one side. Turn lamb chops over and sprinkle the other side with more salt and pepper.
  4. Mix together the bread crumbs and parsley. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to herbed crumb mixture and mix together until combined.
  5. Drizzle remaining tablespoon of olive oil on top of lamb chops, lightly press herb crumb mixture on top of each lamb chop.
  6. Place in oven and finish cooking lamb chops until they reach medium rare, about 5-8 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with rice (optional).
